• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

By using the Service, you commit to applying the knowledge and strategies gained through the platform responsibly and ethically. The techniques taught are intended for legitimate purposes including business communication, negotiation, education, and personal development.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• Free tier users have access to limited daily AI interactions and core features.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and AI models, is owned by Filament and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated strategies, analyses, and responses are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you apply any information or strategies obtained through the Service. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filament shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
